- At trip end: pay for tolls, parking, extra state taxes, and any other charges.
- No smoking or alcohol in the vehicle.
- Overseating not allowed — passengers must match booked capacity.
- BusHub is a platform/service provider only.
- Accidents, breakdowns, and delays are the vendor's responsibility — not BusHub's.
- Customer delays at pickup or during trip may incur additional waiting charges, as decided by the vendor.
