No. For same-state bookings, trips must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.
Interstate trips must be booked 1 day in advance.
Fare depends on total kilometers, trip type (Round/Drop), and number of days. Additional charges like toll, parking, extra KM, and second-state tax are added at trip end.
Yes. Vendor (driver) details will be shared within 30 minutes of booking confirmation via SMS and app notification.
A cancellation message will be sent to the vendor, and no refund booking charges after cancel booking.

Terms & Conditions

1. Charges and Inclusions

  • Toll tax, parking fees, and other taxes: Not included in the booking amount.
  • One state of travel included in booking.
  • Travel across additional states: Extra interstate tax applies.
  • Permit charges: Included in the booking.
  • Driver allowance: Included.
  • Driver meals: Customer must provide lunch and dinner.

2. Payment Terms

  • Booking amount: Required to confirm the booking. Non-refundable.
  • At Trip Start: Base fare to be paid to driver or vendor.
  • At Trip End: Pay for tolls, parking, extra state taxes, and any other charges.

3. Conduct Rules

  • No smoking or alcohol in the vehicle.
  • Overseating is not allowed. Number of passengers must match booked capacity.

4. Responsibility & Liability

  • Bushub is a service provider only.
  • Any trip-related issues (accidents, breakdowns, delays) are the vendor's responsibility, not Bushub's.

5. Delays & Waiting Charges

  • If the customer is delayed at the pickup point or during the trip, additional waiting charges may apply, as decided by the vendor.

6. Vendor Contact

  • After booking confirmation, the vendor's contact number will be shared within 1 hour.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances
